Our husky, Luna, went into labor on what we expected to be an ordinary, if slightly tense, day. We had done everything we could to prepare\u2014clean blankets, a quiet space, and constant supervision\u2014but nothing truly prepares you for watching your dog struggle through a difficult birth. At first, things seemed slow but normal. Luna was restless, breathing heavily, clearly uncomfortable, yet we told ourselves this was part of the process.<\/p>\n
