All She Wanted Was a Beautiful View — But the Government Had a Completely Different Agenda!

An elderly woman from California purchased a scenic plot of forest land in Oregon.

At the tallest point of the property, a huge tree caught her attention, and she decided to climb it to enjoy the view from the top.

Partway up, a spotted owl suddenly attacked her, forcing her to panic and slide back down the trunk—ending up with painful splinters in places no one would ever want them.

She immediately rushed to a doctor for help.

After hearing what happened, the doctor quietly sent her to an exam room and left her waiting for hours.

Three hours later, she finally lost her patience. “What took you so long?!” she demanded.

The doctor sighed and replied:

“Before I can remove protected old-growth material from a regulated forest area… I had to get clearance from the EPA, the Forest Service, and legal counsel.”
