“Hey,” the neighbor shouted, “your famous bull looks completely worn out.”
The farmer laughed. “No surprise there! He’s been visiting five different farms today. That’s a lot of work.”
Just then, the bull slowly raised his head, glanced over at the neighbor, and let out a huge sigh.
The neighbor narrowed his eyes. “I don’t think he’s tired… I think he’s fed up.”
Before the farmer could respond, a truck pulled into the driveway. An angry rancher jumped out.
“Your bull is worthless!” he yelled. “He spent hours sitting beneath a tree and didn’t even bother checking out my cows!”
The farmer looked confused. “That doesn’t sound like him…”
Then another truck arrived.
And another.
One by one, the ranchers complained about the same thing—the bull had done almost nothing all day.
The neighbor couldn’t stop laughing.
“I think your bull finally figured something out,” he said.
“Figured out what?” the farmer asked.
The neighbor pointed toward the pasture, where the bull had already gone back to resting.
“He realized you’re the one collecting the money… not him.” 🐂😂
